Privacy Policy — UNFIT

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game UNFIT (“the Game”, “we”) handles information. The Game is developed by Carlos Alberto Sánchez Castillo (“the Developer”, “cascodas”), based in Spain.

Summary

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information ourselves. The Game runs offline; your scores and settings are saved only on your device. The only data collection comes from our advertising provider, Google AdMob, which shows ads inside the Game.

Information stored on your device

The Game saves the following locally on your device only (it is never sent to us): your high scores, daily challenge results, and settings (sound, language, ad preferences). Uninstalling the Game removes this data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game displays ads through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and general device information. This may be used to show personalized or non-personalized ads.

Consent (EEA / UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before ads collect data, through a consent form shown when you first open it. You can change your choice at any time from the in-game Settings.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights (GDPR)

Because we do not hold any personal data about you on our own systems, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. For data processed by Google to serve ads, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy above, and use your device’s ad settings to manage it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
